Welcome to O&H Paving Inc. By using our website or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms:
Services
We provide asphalt paving, concrete construction, ADA upgrades, striping, sealcoating, and related site work. All services will be carried out as outlined in your approved estimate or contract.
Estimates & Payments
Estimates are valid for 30 days.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Delays
Project schedules are subject to weather, material availability, and site conditions. We will communicate promptly about any delays.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear site access and secure any required permits unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for unmarked underground utilities or pre-existing site issues.
Warranty & Liability
Workmanship and materials are covered as specified in your proposal.
Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, poor drainage, or alterations by others.
We carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
Cancellations
Written notice is required for cancellations. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials are purchased or scheduling commitments are made.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
